1 Acceptance of Terms

2 Member Eligibility

3 Account Registration

General terms applicable to all judisini bonuses:

7 Member Conduct

- Fraud and Collusion: Any form of fraud, illegal collusion between players, use of automated software (bots), or exploitation of platform bugs.
- Money Laundering: Using the judisini platform to transfer or conceal funds obtained through unlawful means.
- Bonus Abuse: Registering multiple accounts or using other methods to claim the same bonus more than once.

8 Account Termination
Closure at member's request: You may request account closure at any time by contacting the judisini support team. Any remaining balance will be returned once all withdrawal requirements are met, subject to deductions for bonuses that have not fulfilled the wagering requirements.
Closure at judisini's discretion: judisini reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:
- Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
- Evidence or reports of fraud, collusion, or illegal activity.
- Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
- Unfounded chargeback claims filed through a payment provider.
- Instructions from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.
9 Liability Limits
Judisini shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to:
- Financial losses resulting from unfavourable game outcomes.
- Service disruptions due to scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical failures.
- Losses caused by unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
- Delays in transaction processing caused by third parties such as banks or payment providers.
In all circumstances, judisini's maximum total liability to you shall not exceed the net deposit amount you made in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
10 Terms Amendment
